It’s spritz season baby! The temperature is getting warmer and our drinks are getting lighter! Welcome in the new season with this gorgeous party, inspired by the ultimate spring drink -the Aperol spritz!
The Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 2 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Soda Water
- Orange Slice For Garnish
Directions
- Fill your wine glass with ice. Add in Prosecco, Aperol, and soda water, and mix.
- Garnish with a slice of orange and enjoy!
Not everyone loves the taste of Aperol, create a spritz bar so everyone can enjoy the party! Obviously you can’t make a spritz bar without putting out the essential prosecco and soda water, but there’s so many options for mix-ins. We like to put out St. Germain liquor, Limoncello, Campari, and fresh juices like grapefruit, cranberry, and pineapple. For optimal freshness, keep your mixers in the fridge until right before serving. We all know our phone drinks first, so complete your spritzes with beautiful garnishes like fresh or dried fruit slices, frozen berries, and fresh flowers!
Now that the ingredients are out, elevate the bar with flowers, cute straws, balloons, or signage! For an extra Instagrammable look, add a little sparkle to those bottles of prosecco with our Glitter Champagne Bottle DIY!
This party may be all about the yummy drinks, but set the table to match the springtime vibes! For this look we used our Shades Collection Wedgewood, Shades Collection Apricot, and Witty Wine Glasses! Finish the table with more flowers, pretty candles, and cut citrus fruits for your centerpieces!
