Jollity & Co is an independent, woman-owned party boutique located in Norfolk, Virginia. Our little shop is dedicated to extraordinary party decor, beautiful paper goods, and cheeky gifts. We love parties and finding a reason to celebrate every event. Drawing inspiration from trends, interior design, and unconventional party styles from around the world, we launched our own wholesale line in 2018.
